Voici, en détails, les informations pour la distribution du compost.

1. La date limite pour commander du compost est le jeudi 12 mai à minuit.

2. Plusieurs volumes de compost vous sont offerts. Nous serons heureux de vous livrer 15L ou 30L. Vous pouvez commander 45L gratuitement. Au delà de cette quantité, des frais de 5$ s’appliquent par 30L supplémentaire. Si vous désirez 45L on plus, nous vous invitons à venir le chercher sur place. Vous trouverez l’adresse et les instructions pour vous rendre à notre entrepôt en cliquant ici.

3. La distribution aura lieu durant le mois de mai, en même temps que la collecte régulière du compost. Vous n’avez pas besoin d’être présent(e) lors de la livraison du compost; nous le déposerons devant votre porte. Si vous croyez qu’il y a trop de risques à laisser le compost devant votre porte, veuillez nous en avertir et nous ferons de notre mieux pour vous accommoder.

4. Pour ceux qui viendront chercher leur compost directement, nous vous invitons à passer vendredi et samedi, les 13 mai et 14 mai entre 11h et 16h. Vous trouverez l’adresse et les instructions pour vous rendre à notre entrepôt à l’adresse suivante en cliquant ici.

5. Par ailleurs, il y a un dépôt de 10$ (deux semaines de service) pour le sac dans lequel le compost sera livré. Ce sac doit donc nous être retourné en le laissant avec votre seau de compost au cours du mois suivant la distribution (ou au plus tard avant votre prochain paiement).

6. Pour passer une commande de compost, vous devez répondre à ce courriel. Veuillez svp indiquer votre adresse et la quantité de compost que vous désirez obtenir. L’adresse de livraison pour le compost doit être la même que nous avons dans nos fichiers. Si vous avez une mobilité réduite, veuillez nous en faire part et nous essaierons de vous accomoder. Même si vous venez chercher votre compost à l’entrepôt, vous devez aussi passer votre commande en nous envoyant un courriel. Le cas contraire, nous ne pouvons garantir qu’il y aura suffisamment de compost pour vous.

Here, in detail, is everything there is to know about of our compost distribution.

1. The deadline to order compost is Thursday, May 12th at midnight. Please note that we will not be taking any compost orders after the deadline. Please be sure to get your order in before the deadline or you may have to wait until next year.

2. You can only order one (1) free bag of compost. There are three (3) different volumes of compost that you can choose from (15L, 30L, 45L). For volumes of 15L or 30L, we will deliver the compost to your door. If you choose to order 45L, you will have to come pick up the compost yourself from our shop. For any volume exceeding 45L, there will be a charge of 5$ per 30L bag, which you will also have to come pick up at our shop.

3. Like our weekly compost collection, you do not need to be present when we arrive to drop off your compost, as we will be leaving it at your front door. If you think that it may not be safe to leave it at your door, for whatever reason, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange something.

4. Those of you who will be coming to pick up your compost from us will be able to do so between 11 am and 4 pm, on Friday and Saturday the 13th and 14th of May only. The compost will be available for pickup from our shop. The address and directions can be found by clicking here.

5. Please note that there will be a $10 deposit on the bag that the compost will be delivered in. This amount will be deducted from your account balance (2 weeks of service removed) until you return the bag. It must be returned to us by leaving it with your compost bucket in the month following the distribution (or at the latest by the time your next payment is due).
Once the bag is returned, we will credit the $10 (2 weeks of service) back to your account.

6. All that’s left to do is reply to this email and indicate the address, and the amount of compost you would like. The delivery address must be the same as the weekly compost pick up address that we have on file. If you have reduced mobility, please contact us so that we can make the best possible arrangements. And, even if you plan on picking up your compost from our shop, please reply to this email to place your order. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that there will be any compost available for you.
